It takes a trained eye to spot a rare gem.
Endlessly curious about people and their potential, I started in ministry before moving into sales and finance—where I spent over 15 years helping grow a small advisory firm into a nationally recognized brand.
Along the way, I produced and co-hosted a live talk radio show and was recognized by TD Ameritrade for creating the “Best Client Experience” in the country.
I also co-created Fulfillament, a live storytelling event where I coached over 100 entrepreneurs on how to share their stories—because how we communicate shapes everything.
Today, I alchemize these experiences into my work with leaders and teams—helping them see where they want to go, understand the talent on their team and execute on ideas with confidence. Turns out, teamwork, actually does make the dream work. But you have to know where to look!
